Sustainable learning and development for a team, delivering
success, creativity and high-performance

As well as 1-2-1 we also recommend team coaching, which can extend over several months. The power of this approach is that it allows the team to explore much deeper into its dynamics and achieve sustainable learning and change. It avoids the common pitfall where the enthusiasm for change seen on a training event is not carried through into the workplace. It also allows the facilitator to gain a much better understanding of the team and design and deliver much more effective interventions.

The Team Development Programme, starts with 1-2-1 coaching for the team leader followed by an introductory workshop for the whole team. Ideally a team will work towards a specific objective or work on a particular project to provide a focus and identifiable goal. As the project progress a number of short team dynamic workshops will be designed to address specific issues and any barriers that come up to success and performance.

A combination of 1-2-1 and team coaching of the kind provided by the Inspired2lead programme is perhaps the most in-depth training and personal/team development available in business today. It can be challenging work, but the rewards can be spectacular in terms of team-bonding, release of creativity and enhanced performance.
