A range of courses, workshops and seminars that can be customised
to your specific business and training objectives

We pride ourselves on building mutually beneficial relationships with our clients and prefer to customise our training workshops to your specific training and development needs. We therefore tend to run in-house rather than open courses and workshops.

We also strongly recommend that teams and organistions take a long-term view with this type of training and development. This is not 'quick fix' training and achieves most benefit with a continued commitment to the learning process. This usually involves follow-up sessions as well as personal 1-2-1 coaching and team coaching. We urge all our clients to consider this as a valuable investment in their people which usually results in highly significant improvements in staff engagement and performance.

We would recommend an initial workshop lasting two days, giving time for participants to absorb the challenging and thought-proving ideas and for specific issues to be aired. An overnight stay at the venue is also a great way of cementing the learning and bonding.

One day team away days can be used as introductions to the model and methods.

We can also provide short talks about emotional intelligence, inter-personal relationships and successful communications in the workplace.

It is inevitable that our approach and methods delve into the deeper and often hidden areas of the mind - it is only by doing this that we can make positive and sustained changes to our thoughts, feelings and behaviours. This can be a challenging experience but is rewarded with much greater self-knowledge. All our workshops are supported by coaching and help is always available for anyone struggling with personal issues that might be unearthed by the progamme.
