Leadership Course

Leadership is about inspiring and motivating people so that they reveal their full potential. It is about providing an exciting vision of the future and goals that people can aspire to. It is about building a culture that champions creativity and innovation and is full of honesty and integrity. It is about building bonded, high performance teams. It is also about creating a workplace that is fulfilling and fun.

Managing the risks of innovation

Leadership & Coomunications

DAY 3

How to communicate successfully as a leader

Leading from the heart as well as the head

Why there is much more to communication than the words

Removing judgement and blame through effective leadership

How to genuinely empower your people

The importance of openness and honesty

The 12 principles of effective communication

Leading Teams, Team Work

DAY 4

The team – why it is like a family

Building trust in a team or organisation

The importance of recognition, appreciation and celebration

We also include within this course an element of one-to-one coaching as we find that this allows participants to address the more personal and organisation-specific issues that might be affecting their leadership performance. This coaching takes place after the 4-day course and can be face-to-face or via the telephone.

We also offer a Masterclass Course where participants from the orginal 4-day course can meet again to work on specific issues and challenges that they face in their leadership role.
